English Second Language (ESL)

English as Second Language (ESL)  or English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) is a program committed to teaching the English language to anyone in the community who desires to learn. Any person wanting to learn English is welcome to participate, regardless of their first language. 

Our ESL course is an 11 week program, with classes offered in Fall, Winter and Spring.

Before the student begins a course, the individual will be pre-tested to determine their level of English.

The student can either place at the basic, intermediate or advanced level, with the intention of progressing as they acquire more English skills.

At the moment, ESL classes are offered at our main campus in Ontario, Oregon as well as Caldwell, Idaho.
