Important Housing Dates and Deadlines for 2023-2024 Academic Year

• August 15th – Last day to cancel contract without penalty
• 1st week of September – Roommate and Room Assignments Completed (may be subject to change)
• Thursday prior to Fall term Start – Move-in’s Begin
• Friday prior to Fall term Start – TVCC New Student Orientation
• Sunday prior to Fall term Start – Residence Life Orientation
• Friday of Fall Finals Week – Students Leave for Winter Break
• Friday prior to Winter term Start – Move-in’s for Winter Term
• Friday of Winter Finals Week – Students Leave for Spring Break
• Friday prior to Spring term Start – Move-in’s for Spring Term
• Friday of Spring Finals Week – Student’s Move-out – Residence Hall closes

**Students wishing to reside in the Residence Halls over Winter, Spring and Summer break must complete a separate application with Residence Life Staff and additional rates may apply.
