The Administrative Support Assistant performs a full range of administrative support functions, as well as standardized and non-standardized clerical assignments. This position works independently and is primary point of contact for assigned technical duties to include correspondence, organization, record maintenance, financial accounting, tracking, and database management. The incumbent is responsible for resolving technical issues independently. Other areas of administrative support may include mailing, public contact, contract preparation support, and general office support. Salary: $39,576 - $63,733 per year.

Identify and conduct outreach within the communities we serve and at partner locations to recruit a diverse pool of volunteers. Complete and assist volunteers in navigating the onboarding process to engage as a Red Cross volunteer. Support communities through the delivery of preparedness presentations and hands-only CPR instruction. Support the recovery of individuals impacted by public health and disaster-related emergencies. A bi-weekly stipend of $869.57, paid every other Friday. Upon successful completion, a $3697.50 education award to pay off student loans or towards new education costs

Provide a wide range of customer support services to include responsibility for customer support services, case management, and related functions. Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent through professional experience.

Must be considered highly qualified as a paraprofessional as determined by ESEA (75 credits or more and/or paraprofessional certificate obtained by the Malheur ESD). This full-time, 9-month position works during the school year (August – May) and has a start date of August 16, 2024. $17.65 - $23.60 per hour - determined by education, experience, specialty, and known knowledge base of the candidate.
